At Premium Sportwear, we offer a right to return within 14 days of delivery This means you have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging, unworn or unused, with all tags attached. Please include the receipt or proof of purchase with your return.
Please note that items that have been embroidered or personalised are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Please be aware that the cost of returns is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost items. Be sure to include a note/email inside the parcel with your order number and whether you require an exchange or refund.
Returns can take up to 10-12 working days to process once they have arrived at our office. We will notify you as soon as your return has been processed, and we have issued your refund or exchange.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please inspect it upon receipt and contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.
Please note that certain items cannot be returned, such as special orders or personalised items. If you have any concerns about your specific item, please get in touch with us.
For exchanges, you have two options: you can either place a new order for the item you require and return the unwanted item for a refund, or return the item to Premium Sportwear and request an exchange once we have received it.
Once we receive your return for a refund, we will automatically process the refund back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
